A) Yes, one calendar month’s notice is required when cancelling your contract with us, you have the first 30 days to trial our services before you are tied into a one month rolling contract.
Q) Is there a minimum number of hours for cleaning?
A) Yes. 2.5 hours is the minimum per visit but some areas of the united kingdom is 2 to 3 hours per visit, check with your local office for more details.

Q) What happens if I do not need the cleaner for a period of time?
A) If you do not require the services of your cleaner for a period of one month or longer then the agency will be able to freeze your account.
When you are ready to re-start again then we will simply add on the unused time to your account ensuring that you have not lost any time on your contract.
Q) Can I meet the cleaner first?
A) Yes, it is always a good idea to meet the cleaner to discuss your priorities with her. Arising will arrange a meeting with the cleaner at your house at a convenient time to yourself, which can be in the daytime, evening or weekend.
Q) Do I have to stay at home when the cleaner comes to me?
A) No, the cleaners are all very stringently vetted and experienced so that you can leave them to clean alone in your house.
Q) Do I need to pay the cleaner extra if I want her to clean at the weekend?
A) No, the rate of pay for the cleaners is the same at all times.
Q) Do you cover my area?
A) We have offices across the United Kingdom so more than likely we do cover your area.
Q) What if I am not happy with the cleaner?
A) You can change cleaners at any time if you feel that your current cleaner is not fulfilling your requirements.
Q) How do I pay the agency fees?
A) Agency fees are charged via direct debit each month.
Q) Do you offer any other payment methods for agency fees?
A) Direct debit is a automated system that we use and this results in having less office staff which then allows us to provide the lowest agency fees possible which benefits you the customer, so unfortunately we do not offer any other method of payments when it comes to agency fees.
Q) How do I pay the cleaner?
A) All our customers pay our cleaners by cash on the day of cleaning but some of our cleaners do accept bank transfer after a relationship has been built.
Q) Does Arising provide cleaning products?
A) No. in-order to keep costs down we use all customers cleaning products so that costs can be kept as low as possible, which in turn benefits you the customer.
Q) I would like to pay the cleaner more, is this possible?
A) Yes we welcome all customers who wish to pay our cleaners more than the advertised rate to do so, we have many customers who pay our cleaners more than the going rate.
